How it works
1. Initiate Your Purchase Order:
- Create a new Purchase Order in Sortly and type in an item name to see a clear overview of your stock levels.
- Identify items requiring reorder.
- Simply select the item(s) and specify the desired quantity for each.
2. Review and Send:
- Sortly pre-populates your PO with relevant details based on your existing inventory data, minimizing the risk of errors.
- You can review the order details, including item descriptions, quantities, and pricing (if pre-negotiated with your vendor).
- Once everything looks accurate, export the PO directly to your vendor.
- Once you receive the items listed in the PO, you can mark your items as “Received” or “Partially Received” and Sortly will automatically update the item quantity.
3. Track and Manage:
